Central to the philosophy of this Corporate Headquarters Building is the belief that all information is to be shared, not only between employees but with visitors as well. All offices were designed to surround this atrium space, allowing natural daylight to penetrate each private office space. 20’ ficus trees reminded each employee daily the natural beauty of our landscape and of each employee’s importance in the Waste Management Industry to be mindful of their work. This space serves as a lunch gathering space, an employee/management meeting space, and a focus area for special events.
